BIG JOURNEYS BEGIN WITH SMALL STEPS.
We're Here to Help You Make Your First Steps.
OUR NEIGHBORHOOD COMMUNITY SERVICES
NCS serves individuals and families across a continuum of needs, but specializes in working with those who are at highest risk. We focus on serving the most marginalized youth, adults and their families, those most at-risk of or currently in out-of-home placements, such as secure detention, jails, residential treatment centers, group homes, hospitalizations, etc.
Because we target the most vulnerable youth and families across the state, we have found a need to tailor our approach to better meet the specific needs of these youth and families that often emerge through our work. As a result, we have developed a number of adaptations and specializations in our model based on the needs that we have identified.

Services include in-home assistance in personal daily living skills such as home maintenance and management, shopping, budgeting, medication management and parenting.
